When someone asks you to prove it, hand them one PDF.
A client, head contractor or regulator can ask how you meet the Respect@Work positive duty and manage psychosocial hazards. The Compliance Pack builds the record as you go: who heard which talk, when, how they acknowledged it, and the hazards you’re managing.
Free sample pack (PDF). A$499 per company/month plus GST. Up to 100 workers. Limited onboarding, set up with you.
Sample evidence pack. Fictional company and workers.
Who asks
The question usually arrives at a bad time.
Two duties apply to every Australian business, and both are easier to meet than to prove after the fact.
A client or head contractor
Prequalification, tender and audit questionnaires can ask how you meet the positive duty and manage psychosocial hazards. Sign-in sheets, emails and spreadsheets are slow to pull together on deadline.
The regulator
Since 12 December 2023 the Australian Human Rights Commission can inquire into whether a business is meeting the positive duty, require documents and issue compliance notices. Psychosocial hazards sit under WHS law, enforced by your state regulator.
After a complaint or incident
When something goes wrong, the first question is what you had done beforehand. A dated record of who was trained and which risks you were managing is your answer.
The duties: s 47C of the Sex Discrimination Act requires reasonable and proportionate measures to eliminate sexual harassment and related conduct, including for contractors and labour hire. The model WHS Regulations, and Victoria’s Psychological Health Regulations from 1 December 2025, require businesses to identify and control psychosocial hazards.
The evidence pack
Their questions, and where the answer is.
Coverage matrix from the sample pack. Fictional workers.
Who was trained?
Coverage matrix: every worker against every topic, green, amber or red.
On what?
Topics catalogue: all twelve talks, each with its regulatory anchor.
When, and how do you know they got it?
Acknowledgement ledger: date, time, method (SMS reply, QR scan, in-app or paper) and a reference for every acknowledgement.
Did it actually reach the crew?
Delivery log: every talk sent, by channel and site.
What risks are you managing?
Hazard register: open and reviewing psychosocial hazards with risk rating, status and next review, plus what was resolved.
Who stands behind it?
Cover page with the reporting window, site scope and a sign-off block for your responsible officer.
Generate it for any date range, for the whole company or a single site.
Training alone doesn’t meet the positive duty. Your policies, complaint handling, investigations and leadership still matter. The Compliance Pack makes the training and hazard-management part easy to run and easy to prove.
How it works
Build the record as you go, not the week it’s asked for.
Delivered like a toolbox talk. Real screens from the Compliance Pack test account.
01
Send a talk
Pick one of the twelve topics and send it by SMS link or a printed QR poster. Each talk runs three to five minutes, in a plain trades voice or a corporate voice for office staff.
02
See who's covered
Each worker acknowledges by SMS reply, QR scan, in-app or paper backup. The coverage grid shows every worker against every topic: green within 90 days, amber to 180, red if overdue or never run.
03
Hand it over when asked
Pick a date range and site scope and download the evidence pack in seconds. The record is already built, so nobody spends a week chasing sign-in sheets.
Psychosocial hazards raised along the way go into a hazard register with a risk rating, status and next review date, so training and risk sit in the same record.
The twelve topics
What’s covered.
Each topic comes in a trades voice for crews and a corporate voice for office and management staff.

No, and nothing that only delivers training is. The Australian Human Rights Commission's standards also cover leadership, culture, risk management, support, reporting and monitoring. The Compliance Pack gives you a dated record of training and psychosocial hazard management. Your policies, complaint handling and investigations sit alongside it.
No. The Corporate Compliance Pack is a standalone package. If you already use Sitepack, it runs alongside your daily toolbox talks with its own delivery and sign-off records, so your toolbox history is not touched.
No. Workers acknowledge each talk, and there is one free-text prompt to show engagement. There is no automatic right or wrong score. The aim is evidence that the talk was delivered and heard, not a legal exam.
No. It takes the drafting, sending, chasing and filing off your team so they can spend their time on investigations, culture and risk. Specific incidents, investigations and policy questions still need your own advisers.
A$499 per company per month plus GST, or A$4,990 a year. That covers up to 100 workers and 5 administrators, 500 SMS segments a month, 25 GB of storage and a 45-minute orientation. It is set up by enquiry: we confirm fit and activate your company before any subscription starts.
Each topic carries its regulatory anchor, including the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) positive duty in s 47C, the Australian Human Rights Commission's guidance standards, the model WHS Act and Regulations, and the 2022 Code of Practice on managing psychosocial hazards. Victoria has its own Psychological Health Regulations, which commenced on 1 December 2025.
