Coming soon · Design partner rollout
Twelve short scripts. A worker-by-topic coverage grid. An audit-ready evidence pack. The Compliance Pack takes the repetitive drafting, delivering, chasing, and filing of behavioural and psychosocial training away from your safety people — so they can focus on investigations, culture, and risk strategy.
We’re validating the module with a design partner before wider release. Join the waitlist to be invited when a slot opens.
Why now
Since December 2023, the Australian Human Rights Commission can enforce a positive duty on every employer to take reasonable and proportionate measures to eliminate sexual harassment, sex discrimination and related conduct. Evidence of ongoing training is one of the seven expected standards.
Every state has now folded psychosocial hazards into the model WHS Regulations. PCBUs must identify, control, and review those hazards — high job demands, low role clarity, bullying, traumatic events — the same way they manage physical risk.
Head contractors and government clients are starting to ask for behavioural and psychosocial training records the same way they ask for SWMS and inductions. If your evidence isn’t ready when the RFT comes, the answer is no.
Behavioural and psychosocial training doesn’t belong in your daily hazard toolbox. The Compliance Pack keeps its own delivery, comprehension, and sign-off records so the two streams stay legible and reviewable.
How it works
Written to the current Respect@Work and psychosocial-WHS anchors — five behavioural, four psychosocial, three cross-cutting. Each with a regulatory citation, plain-language script, and one comprehension prompt.
Scripts run through the sign-on flow your crew already uses for daily toolboxes. Each worker taps through their comprehension answer — free text, no exam grading, just evidence of engagement.
A worker-by-topic grid shows who’s covered which script and when. One click builds an evidence-pack PDF you can attach to a prequal response or hand to a reviewer.
The twelve scripts
Anchored to the Respect@Work positive duty and the model psychosocial-WHS regulations. Final wording is being validated with our design partner before release.
Boundaries
One free-text comprehension prompt per script — evidence of engagement, not a graded test. We’re not asking tradies to recite the Sex Discrimination Act.
This is an administration layer. It takes the drafting, chasing, and filing off safety people so they can focus on investigations, culture, and risk strategy.
The scripts sit against current Respect@Work and psychosocial-WHS references. Where a specific incident, investigation, or policy question needs legal input, that’s a separate conversation.
Compliance Pack uses its own delivery and sign-off records so your existing toolbox history, per-site frequency, and 6am run keep working exactly as they do today.
Common questions
A feature-gated module inside Sitepack that runs the recurring Respect@Work and psychosocial-WHS training the Positive Duty and model WHS Regulations now expect. Twelve short scripts, delivered like a toolbox talk, with a worker-by-topic coverage grid and an evidence-pack PDF you can hand to a reviewer.
The daily toolbox talk is a hazard briefing for today's site. The Compliance Pack is a separate track of twelve fixed scripts — behavioural and psychosocial — with their own delivery, comprehension, and sign-off records. Its rail is on purpose: your daily toolbox history stays untouched.
No. Each script gets one free-text comprehension prompt to evidence engagement — no automatic right/wrong score. The goal is to show a reviewer the crew heard it and thought about it, not to grade tradies on legislation.
Australian builders and subcontractors carrying a positive duty under the Sex Discrimination Act, and any PCBU managing psychosocial hazards under the model WHS Regulations. In practice: head contractors, mid-size subbies, and any operator who's been asked for behavioural-training evidence in a prequal.
