Scheduled talks
Scheduled toolbox talks are off by default. When you switch them on for a site, Sitepack writes a talk at 6am Brisbane time on the days you choose (daily, weekdays or weekly) and texts it to that site's crew. Scheduled talks are sent without a review step, so check the topics regularly. You can also prepare and review a talk yourself before sending it.
Manual talks
Prepare an extra talk when the work changes or a specific issue needs discussion. Automated output does not remove the need to review it.

Keep the talk and participation records available with the job. A message delivery receipt is not a record of understanding.
