Review and retain
Check the drafted record and complete the available confirmation and sign-on steps. Confirm it was saved and use the document link when you need the record.
Jobs
Keep the task risk record linked to the relevant site and job context.
Callouts
Use the site-less option for a short visit and include its location. A callout record is not a dispatch booking.
Further action
If a hazard needs review or follow-up, use Report a hazard and assign the required action. A completed Take 5 is not automatic hazard clearance.

Yes. Take 5 supports a one-off callout without creating a long-running job. Record the location and review the generated account.
No. A saved or signed record does not authorise work. Confirm the actual controls and follow the applicable site process.
