Before you start
Know what you’re getting.
Setup takes real time, and a small fee means both sides commit to using it properly on a live job. The fee is credited to your subscription if you continue.
Sitepack needs an internet connection to record, transcribe, generate and save. There is no offline mode or background sync yet. If coverage drops, keep the tab open, use your site's paper backup and save once you are connected.
Scheduled toolbox talks are off by default. When you switch them on for a site, Sitepack writes a talk at 6am Brisbane time on the days you choose (daily, weekdays or weekly) and texts it to that site's crew. Scheduled talks are sent without a review step, so check the topics regularly. You can also prepare and review a talk yourself before sending it.
Up to 10 named app users during the pilot, matching the Documents package. Crew who only sign on by SMS link or QR code do not need a seat, so the whole crew can sign on.
AI output is a draft. A competent person must check it against the actual job before it is used or shared. Sitepack does not approve work or guarantee compliance.
