Capture the original account. Put follow-up work with a responsible person. Keep completion and verification separate, so a submitted update is not mistaken for a checked outcome.
Review the account
Check the original account and registered evidence. AI can assist with a draft assessment; an authorised person makes the review decision. Missing facts need clarification, not assumptions.
Assign and follow up
Set the work, responsible person, priority and deadline. The assignee submits completion with evidence. A permitted reviewer verifies it or returns it for more work.

For high-priority actions, the assignee and the person submitting completion cannot verify their own work.
Notifications have their own evidence
Sent is not the same as done.
Limited rollout
Safety-action SMS, reminders and escalation require company activation. They are not enabled for every customer. Confirm availability and recipients before relying on them.
Check delivery
Queued, sent, delivered and failed are different states. A delivered message does not prove anyone read it, accepted responsibility or completed the task.
Contact people directly
Do not rely on automated reminders for immediate danger. Follow site procedures and contact the supervisor or emergency contact directly.
Support for safety processes. Not permission to work.
Saving a report does not authorise work or notify a regulator. Verifying an action does not automatically clear urgent hazard review. The field-hazard classifier uses text or transcripts; photos are retained evidence, not analysed by that classifier.
Dedicated inspections, JSA forms and PPE records are not part of this release. Sitepack does not replace inductions, plant pre-starts, competent supervision or emergency procedures.
